I often refer to The Ugly Duckling by Hans Christian Andersen, a beautiful tale of transformation when speaking of my own development as an inner-city child. To know the story is to know that the duckling went through a lot to finally realize that it was beautiful in its' own way.
W.J. Hymes & Company was established to help others realize the same. Our purpose is to improve, encourage and enhance the confidence and self-esteem of youth and adults in the areas of personal and professional development.

Meet Wanda
"Ms. Manners Un-posted"
Wanda J. Hymes has over 30 years of personal experience in the fashion industry as a print and runway model, modeling instructor, wardrobe/stylist and etiquette coach. She is also well-versed in leadership and communication skills in corporate settings.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Columbia College (SC), Wanda received a B.A. in Communication and Professional Leadership and also attended the University of South Carolina as a Marketing major, and, Columbia Junior College where she also received Summa Cum Laude distinction with a degree in Business (Fashion Merchandising). Wanda holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.
She is dedicated to improving the self-esteem of youngsters and adults throughout the community. Using wit and sass, Wanda reminds all in her blog, Ms. Manners Un-Posted, manners do matter!
